I will let you know the winner on Friday the 22nd. On to these delicious Quick Sticky Buns, they are honestly so easy to make for a warm little treat with your coffee. This recipe is a version of one that I got from my Father’s significant other Pam, I didn’t have any pecans so I used macadamia nuts. You could use any nuts you have in your pantry. There are only five ingredients to these tasty little, buttery rolls of goodness.  Don’t forget to leave a comment, scroll down and hit continue reading and then on the next page scroll all the way down after the recipe and you can leave me a comment. I need to update my web page so this is not so many steps. If anyone knows of a great web designer that could come and help me with a few issues, leave me that comment too, or email me. Thanks and enjoy your Quick Sticky Buns! Stacey

Quick Sticky Buns

5 Tbs Butter sliced into 10 pieces

2 bananas sliced thin

1/2 cup macadamia nuts or pecans chopped

17.5 oz tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, this is a long skinny tube

6 Tbs Dark brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375

Drop one piece of butter into the bottom of 10 muffin bottoms. You will use only one muffin tin, and this makes 10 muffins, add the banana slices to each muffin tin and put them in a circular mound. Next, top with your macadamia nuts. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of those ingredients. Top with a biscuit. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place baking sheet over buns after cooling for 2 minutes and invert onto a cookie sheet. Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee. I look forward to hearing from you!
