So a lot has happened since last time I posted a recipe. I have been making so much food, and eating so much food! This recipe is so easy, you will want to try it for dinner tonight, I promise you. It is full of flavor, and oh so creamy and cheesy! You probably have everything you need right in your refrigerator, just go grab a loaf of Italian bread and your set to go. We went to NYC for my 54th Birthday on the 15th, to be with our boys. We had a fabulous time but froze our you know whats off. Morgan took us to the most fabulous Italian restaurant for my Birthday and even bought everyone’s dinner. P.J. and Ashlee had us over for one of the most amazing home cooked meals I’ve ever had. She is only 20 and is quite the culinary chef already. I actually got to dance with my youngest son P.J. for the first time ever, he is 20 too! We went to this great Karaoke bar and rented a private room. I have never sang in my life and believe me you don’t ever want me to again. I got out of my comfort zone and actually sang a Chicago song, Your the Inspiration and I’m sure it went on way to long, but hey we were among family and friends and that’s what its all about. Pete, Morgan and P.J. went to Brooklyn for the Atlantic ten tournament, and watched Pete’s high school friend Jim Crews coach the St. Louis Billikens. Ashlee and I went to lunch at the Russian Tea Room, and then to Mormon the musical. We had a fabulous day! I always say if I had a daughter, I would of wanted her to be just like Ashlee. My Birthday couldn’t have been better, we went last year too, and I hope we are starting a tradition of going to NYC every year for my Birthday. I miss my boys so much and since we only get to go there once a year, I feel I deserve it! Happy Sunday to everyone, make this bread for dinner tonight,  drop me a comment and let me know what you think. Love, Stacey
